- Lead all bakery production to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Develop and refine bread, viennoiserie, and baked goods offerings in line with culinary direction
- Collaborate with Executive Pastry Chef and culinary leadership on menu innovation and seasonal programming
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior bakers and kitchen support staff
- Manage inventory, raw material procurement, and daily production planning
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Maintain bakery equipment and ensure smooth, efficient operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium bakery
- Expert knowledge of artisan bread making, sourdough, laminated doughs, and advanced baking techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Creative approach to product development with commitment to quality
- Ability to perform in a fast paced, high volume luxury kitchen environment
- Culinary or baking qualification preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for an accomplished Head Baker to lead all baking operations at a prominent luxury lifestyle hotel in Doha, Qatar.
- This is a hands on leadership role combining deep technical expertise in artisan baking with the ability to develop, inspire, and manage a production team to the highest culinary standards.
What You'll Do
- Lead all bakery production to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
- Develop and refine bread, viennoiserie, and baked goods offerings in line with the property's culinary direction
- Collaborate with the Executive Pastry Chef and culinary leadership on menu innovation and seasonal programming
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior bakers and kitchen support staff
- Manage inventory, raw material procurement, and daily production planning
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
- Maintain bakery equipment and ensure smooth, efficient operations throughout all service periods
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or Senior Baker within a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or premium bakery
- Expert knowledge of artisan bread making, sourdough, laminated doughs, and advanced baking techniques
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to develop and motivate a kitchen team
- Creative approach to product development with an uncompromising commitment to quality and precision
- Ability to perform at a high standard in a fast paced, high volume luxury kitchen environment
- Culinary or baking qualification preferred
