Job Summary
Support, enhance, and maintain the organization's Human Capital Management system.
The role combines functional HCM business-process knowledge with technical development of integrations, reports, workflows, and system enhancements.
The consultant will work closely with HR and IT stakeholders.
Functional Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
- Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Compensation, Payroll, Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance Management modules.
- Provide functional support for enhancements, testing, and deployments.
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Support User Acceptance Testing and production releases.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR best practices.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HCM reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, or HCM Extracts.
- Design and support integrations using REST or SOAP APIs, HDL, HSDL, FBDI, or integration tools such as OIC.
- Create and maintain Fast Formulas, workflows, approvals, and security configurations.
