Role Summary
Own physical hardware test design and execution for the V6 robot and its subsystems.
Run component, subassembly, and system-level validation within Systems Integration and Test.
Generate MTBF and MTTF reliability data to reduce risk before customer warehouse delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own test design and execution for hardware products and mechanical revisions across feasibility, EVT, DVT, and PVT.
- Lead physical pick-and-pack testing focused on pickability, grip reliability, and placement accuracy.
- Own cycle testers through hardware bring-up, maintenance, execution, and physical and electrical failure debugging.
- Build and maintain hardware test infrastructure.
- Track test cycles and reliability metrics, perform wear measurements, teardowns, and failure analysis.
- Drive root-cause investigations with Design and Supply Chain.
