- Drive HS B2B sales growth and achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets
- Identify new business opportunities across key market segments
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and developers
- Manage key accounts and develop long term business partnerships
- Lead project sales activities, tenders, bids, and contract negotiations
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and project opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support business growth
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, or related industries
- 3+ years of team leadership and key account management experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales, project sales, and account management
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English
- Strong network with consultants, contractors, developers, and B2B customers in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
- Experience managing large scale projects and tenders (preferred)
- MBA or other advanced business qualification (preferred)
