Responsibilities

Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources
Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well being strategies
Ensure adherence to departmental protocols, industry best practices, and customer specific requirements
Deliver services in a culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful manner
Apply sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to assess situations and resolve concerns
Educate clients regarding available resources, eligibility criteria, and program services
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all client interactions
Stay informed on emerging behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care
Maintain strict adherence to medical confidentiality and applicable data protection regulations

Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field
Eligibility for professional practice and/or licensure or registration with applicable regulatory authority
Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems
Ability to provide client centered support with strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high risk or crisis situations
Excellent communication skills with a strong service orientation
Ability to think critically and multitask in fast paced environments
High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity
Consistent and reliable high speed internet and workspace free from distraction
Ability to be present on camera during work related trainings, meetings, and/or events
Must be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer

Overview

ComPsych is the world's largest provider of mental health services and GuidanceResources for life.
The Guidance Consultant role is a remote, permanent, full time position for residents of the UAE.
Consultants provide direct client support via telephone and chat for behavioral health, emotional well being, family concerns, and wellness.

Responsibilities

Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources
Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well being strategies
Ensure adherence to departmental protocols, industry best practices, and customer specific requirements

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or a related field
Eligibility for professional practice and/or licensure or registration with applicable regulatory authority
Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems
Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials preferred
Experience working in multicultural or international environments preferred
Ability to provide client centered support with strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high risk or crisis situations
Excellent communication skills with a strong service orientation
Ability to think critically and multitask in fast paced environments
High level of professionalism, integrity, and cultural sensitivity
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Other Requirements

Consistent and reliable high speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise
Ability to be present on camera during work related trainings, meetings, and/or events

Compensation and Benefits

Pay range: 110,000 128,560 AED per year
Benefits provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law: annual leave, public holidays, mandatory health insurance, and end of service gratuity
