Responsibilities
- Provide telephonic and chat support by conducting comprehensive clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources
- Conduct client assessments and apply coaching methodologies to develop tailored health and well being strategies
- Ensure adherence to departmental protocols, industry best practices, and customer specific requirements
- Deliver services in a culturally competent, inclusive, and respectful manner
- Apply sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem solving skills to assess situations and resolve concerns
- Educate clients regarding available resources, eligibility criteria, and program services
- Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation of all client interactions
- Stay informed on emerging behavioral health trends, resources, and best practices
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain strict adherence to medical confidentiality and data protection regulations
Requirements
- Master's degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems
- Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence
- Ability to provide client centered support with strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high risk or crisis situations
- High speed internet and distraction free workspace

Qualifications
- Master's degree or equivalent in Psychology, Social Work, Behavioral Health, or related field.
- Bachelor's degree with relevant experience may be considered where regulatory framework allows.
- Eligibility for professional practice and/or registration in the country of residence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client information systems.
- Professional bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Recognized health or wellness coaching credentials preferred.
- Experience in multicultural or international environments preferred.
- Ability to provide client centered support with strong empathy, active listening, and coaching skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage high risk or crisis situations.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong service orientation.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay range: 110,000 128,560 AED per year.
- Benefits provided in accordance with UAE Labour Law: annual leave, public holidays, mandatory health insurance, and end of service gratuity.
