Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh for the role of Guest Services Officer.

The Guest Services Officer will manage daily front-facing interactions with clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, handling customer concerns, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a smooth flow of day-to-day reception operations.

The role also requires supporting other service areas as needed while upholding excellent service standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong Guest Service and Guest Services skills to ensure exceptional client interactions.
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Receptionist Duties for managing daily tasks and addressing inquiries effectively.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and professional engagement with clients and team members.
  • Multitasking abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential for managing a busy front desk environment.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, corporate reception, or customer-focused roles is a plus.
