Job Description
- Park Hyatt Doha, a sophisticated 5 star luxury hotel located in the heart of Msheireb Downtown, is seeking a courteous, knowledgeable, and proactive Guest Service Officer – Concierge to join our Front Office team.
- In this role, you will be the key point of contact for our guests, delivering personalized service, offering tailored recommendations, and ensuring each stay is smooth, memorable, and truly exceptional.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in Concierge, Guest Services, or Front Office within a 5 star hotel is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using property management and guest service systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS).
