About the role

  • As Guest Service Officer – Communications Centre, you will create a welcoming experience for guests.
  • You will answer high volume incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries.
  • You must have good typing skills, a pleasant attitude, and excellent phone demeanor.
  • This role involves proactively resolving service concerns and providing follow up.

Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and ability to connect with guests
  • International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability
  • Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent English
