About the Role

Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine hospitality
- Deliver efficient and seamless check in and check out experiences
- Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Recognize VIP guests, repeat guests and long stay guests
- Promote hotel facilities, restaurants, spa services and recreational activities
- Perform all Front Desk duties including guest registration, room assignments, key issuance and billing
- Process reservations, room upgrades, room changes and special requests accurately
- Maintain accurate guest records and update guest profiles using the Property Management System
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering and other operational departments
- Handle cashiering functions, payment processing and end of shift cash reconciliation
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures and brand standards
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a four star or five star hotel
- Fluency in Russian (Mandatory)
- Excellent command of English (Mandatory)
- Experience using Opera PMS, EMMA Reservation System, or similar PMS is highly desirable
- Previous Middle East or GCC hospitality experience is an advantage

Position Summary
- Radisson Beach Resort Palm Jumeirah is seeking an enthusiastic, service driven and professional Guest Service Agent to join the Front Office team.
- As the first point of contact, you will create memorable first impressions by delivering warm, personalized and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities Guest Experience

- Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly, professionally and courteously.
- Recognize VIP guests, repeat guests and long stay guests.
- Promote hotel facilities, restaurants, spa services and recreational activities.
Key Responsibilities Front Office Operations
- Perform all Front Desk duties including guest registration, room assignments, key issuance and billing.
- Process reservations, room upgrades, room changes and special requests accurately.
- Maintain accurate guest records and update guest profiles using the Property Management System.

Key Responsibilities Guest Relations & Communication
- Respond professionally to guest inquiries via telephone, email and in person.
- Resolve guest concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Build positive relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain effective communication with all hotel departments.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
- Front Office or Guest Service certification is an advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Front Office or Guest Services within a four star or five star hotel.
- Previous experience with Radisson Hotel Group or another internationally recognised hospitality brand is preferred.
- Experience using Opera PMS, EMMA Reservation System, or similar PMS is highly desirable.
- Previous Middle East or GCC hospitality experience is an advantage.
Language Requirements
- Fluency in Russian (Mandatory).
- Excellent command of English (Mandatory).
- Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
