Role Overview
Provide professional and customer-focused front-office service to hotel guests.
Support memorable guest stays through warm, friendly, and engaging interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and complete check-in according to established SOPs.
- Complete departing guest check-out according to established standards.
- Sell rooms to walk-in guests.
- Handle proactive and day-to-day facilities issues.
- Manage cash inventory and foreign-currency transactions in line with credit policy.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Finance, Reservation, and other departments.
- Keep the Guest Service Desk operational, prepared, and stocked.
- Protect guest privacy and maintain knowledge of hotel facilities, policies, procedures, and service standards.
Education and Experience
- A degree in hospitality is ideally preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel front-office department is ideally preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential.
- Knowledge of an additional language is essential.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Computer literacy is required.
- Previous Opera experience is advantageous.
