- Welcome guests and provide an exceptional visitor experience
- Provide information about activities, schedules, and venue guidelines
- Handle guest inquiries through in person, phone, and digital channels
- Assist families throughout their visit and address concerns professionally
- Coordinate with Operations and Events Teams to ensure smooth guest flow
- Support guest area standards, including safety, cleanliness, and organization
- Maintain accurate guest records and assist with front desk administrative tasks
- Monitor and manage guest feedback, including reviews and ratings on online platforms such as Google Reviews, and provide reports and insights to support service improvements
- Prepare guest feedback reports and highlight recurring concerns or opportunities to enhance the overall guest experience
Requirements
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, Aviation, Hotels, Entertainment, or Family focused venues
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset with ability to handle guest feedback and concerns
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, high traffic environment
- Friendly, patient, and approachable when interacting with children and families
- Basic computer skills and experience with booking/POS systems is an advantage
- Additional language skills are a plus
