Schedule and workplace
- The position is full time.
- The role is not remote and is based at the resort in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Education and experience
- A high school diploma or GED plus 1 year of guest services, front desk, or related professional experience is accepted.
- Alternatively, a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major is accepted with no work experience required.
Guest services and front desk operations
- Lead, influence, and encourage employees while modeling honesty, integrity, and appropriate service behaviors.
- Supervise and manage employees and understand their positions well enough to perform duties in their absence.
- Manage daily operations and ensure quality, standards, and customer expectations are met.
- Handle complaints, disputes, grievances, conflicts, and guest service issues.
- Develop goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and complete work.
