Role Description
- The Guest Relations role is a part time hybrid position based in Dubai, with some work from home flexibility.
- Day to day responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive and consistent guest experience across in person and remote interactions.
- The role involves coordinating reservations or appointments, managing guest feedback, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- The Guest Relations team member may also support basic sales activities such as promoting services, upselling offerings, and providing information on current promotions.
- Collaboration with internal teams to streamline guest communication and maintain accurate records is expected.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Guest Relations and Customer Service skills.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities to support a high quality Customer Experience.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding of Sales principles and comfort in promoting services.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
- Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple guest requests calmly.
- Candidates should possess a professional, courteous demeanor and the ability to work effectively in both onsite and remote settings.
- Candidates should possess previous experience in hospitality, customer facing roles, or reception; relevant certifications or training are beneficial.
