Role Description
- The Account Executive will manage relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their recruitment and staffing needs are understood and addressed in a timely manner.
- Day to day responsibilities include communicating with clients, preparing proposals, coordinating job postings, and following up on candidate submissions and interview feedback.
- The role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, preparing basic reports on account performance, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service delivery.
- This is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on site client meetings and some work from home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Client relationship management skills, including the ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and provide responsive service.
- Basic sales and account development abilities, such as identifying client needs, presenting solutions, and supporting contract discussions.
- Organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, record keeping, and time management in a multi account environment.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and CRM or applicant tracking systems, and comfort working with data and simple reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages used in the UAE is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, balancing in person meetings in Dubai with independent work from home.
- Previous experience in account management, recruitment, staffing, or a related client facing role is preferred.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is beneficial.
