Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, for a Guest Relations Agent.
The role involves warmly welcoming and assisting guests, handling inquiries, managing reservations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include addressing guest needs, providing information about cinema & dining services, and maintaining a cordial and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Guest Relations.
- Customer Satisfaction and effective Customer Service.
- Experience with Receptionist Duties : managing reservations / addressing inquiries.
- Flexibility to work late shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage but not mandatory, fluency in English is a must.
- knowledge in Sevenrooms is preferred.
