Role Overview
Ayda Stays is seeking a Guest Experience & Operations Executive for its short-term rental and holiday-homes management business.
The role supports consistent guest experiences and the day-to-day operation of properties across the business.
Employment and Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- Salary is AED 3,000 or more per month.
Workplace
- The posting states that the work location is remote.
- The role also includes property inspections and other on-the-ground tasks in Dubai when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest communication across Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Coordinate check-ins, check-outs, arrivals, cleaners, maintenance teams, and suppliers.
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, platform support cases, and operational issues.
- Check in with guests during stays, follow up after checkout, and help drive strong reviews.
- Maintain accurate operational records and assist with property inspections in Dubai when required.
- Help improve internal SOPs, systems, and processes as the company grows.
