Position Summary
Provide memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.
Deliver a wide range of guest services and take initiative to address operational needs.
Handle guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
Core Responsibilities
- Process operational needs and guest requests as part of the overall guest experience.
- Complete reports and perform other reasonable duties as requested.
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Physical Work Requirements
- The role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
- The role requires moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
