Guest Experience Experts guide guests through their entire stay and help make transactions feel like part of the overall experience.
The role includes operational support, guest request handling, report completion, and sharing highlights of the local area.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences.
- Process operational needs and address guest requests.
- Complete reports and share local-area information with guests.
- Perform other reasonable duties as requested.
Work Standards
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards and professional communication.
- Remain active for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
