Position Summary

Guest Experience Expert responsible for creating unique and memorable guest stays through service, operational support, requests, reports, and local-area information.

The position is full time, non-management, and based at the Le Méridien property in Makkah.

Guest Experience Responsibilities

  • Provide a broad range of services that guide guests throughout their stay.
  • Perform operational tasks and respond proactively to guest requests.
  • Complete reports and discuss local events and places of interest with guests.
  • Turn routine guest transactions into memorable experiences.

Desirable Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is desirable.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.
  • The role requires extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and handling objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Workplace Standards

  • Follow company safety, security, confidentiality, asset-protection, and quality procedures.
  • Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain positive working relationships.
