Position Summary
Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.
Provide guest services, process operational needs, address requests, complete reports, and share local area highlights.
Assist with vehicle loading and unloading and transport luggage to guest rooms or designated bell areas.
Core Responsibilities
- Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
- Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
- Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move through narrow, confined, elevated, or stair-accessed spaces.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and up to 100 pounds with assistance.
- Perform other reasonable duties requested for guests and business operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is required.
Work Environment
- This is a full-time, non-management position located on site in Dubai.
- The role involves extensive movement and hands-on physical work.
