Position Summary
Guest Experience Experts deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay and make transactions feel like part of the guest experience.
The role includes processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, completing reports, and sharing highlights of the local area.
Core Responsibilities
- Deliver front-office services that create a memorable and unique guest experience throughout the stay.
- Process operational needs, respond to guest requests, complete reports, and share local area information.
- Create a safe workplace, follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
- Uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, appearance, and communications.
- Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing 10 pounds or less without assistance.
- Perform other reasonable job duties requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Educational Development certificate is preferred.
- No related work experience is required.
- No supervisory experience is required.
- No license or certification is specified.
