Position Summary

Guest Experience Duties

• Take initiative to deliver a wide range of services throughout the guest stay.
• Process operational needs and address guest requests.
• Complete reports and share highlights of the local area.
• Make transactions feel like part of the overall guest experience.

Success Requirements

• Create a safe workplace, follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and uphold quality standards.
• Maintain a professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication style.
• Remain on the feet and move around for extended periods while taking a hands-on approach to work.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• No related work experience is listed as preferred or required.
• No supervisory experience is listed as preferred or required.
• No license or certification is listed.

Schedule and Workplace

• The position is full time and not remote.
• The work is performed in a hotel guest-service environment and requires extended periods of movement and physical presence.
