About the Role
The GTM Systems Engineer owns the infrastructure layer supporting the revenue engine and builds automation and agentic workflows on top of it.
Salesforce is the revenue and customer data system of record, while HubSpot supports marketing campaigns and lead generation.
CRM and GTM Infrastructure
- Own Salesforce data models, custom objects, fields, flows, automation, validation rules, governance, and access control.
- Own HubSpot and the HubSpot-Salesforce sync, ensuring leads, contacts, and engagement signals flow accurately.
- Build and maintain integrations across Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Common Room, billing platforms, and other GTM systems.
- Own GTM system data flows to the central Data Platform with attention to accuracy, lineage, and security.
