GTB Technology Delivery Ownership
- Own end to end technology delivery for GTB applications (Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Collections) as part of the Core Banking (Flexcube) transformation and associated programs.
- Act as the single accountable owner for GTB technology delivery outcomes across geographies, products, and integration landscapes.
- Ensure alignment of GTB delivery roadmap with overall Core Banking program milestones and strategic priorities.
Portfolio & Program Delivery Management
- Govern and oversee, ensuring delivery commitments across multiple streams are met within approved scope, cost, timeline, and quality parameters.
- Review, challenge, and approve delivery plans prepared by Technology Delivery Managers reporting into the role.
- Proactively manage cross domain dependencies, sequencing conflicts, and resource constraints across GTB platforms and core banking integration tracks.
- Maintain delivery transparency through consolidated reporting on status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior technology and program leadership.
People & Delivery Leadership
- Provide directions, and coaching to Technology Delivery Managers.
- Set clear delivery expectations, monitor performance, and drive accountability across reporting teams.
- Ensure optimal capacity planning and skill alignment across GTB technology delivery to meet program and BAU demands.
- Build a strong delivery culture focused on execution discipline, quality, and ownership.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all GTB technology deliveries comply with enterprise architecture, ISG, security, audit, regulatory, and change governance standards.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery risks, major issues, and program deviations, providing clear recommendations for resolution.
- Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation to minimize business disruption during large scale transformations and releases.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Serve as the senior technology interface for GTB Business, Operations, Core Banking program leadership, and external partners.
- Ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with realistic delivery capacity and agreed operating models.
- Provide oversight of vendor delivery performance, commercial adherence, and contractual commitments across GTB technology engagements.
- Support senior management decision making through impact based recommendations related to delivery trade offs involving scope, timelines, cost, and risk.
Quality, Stability & Transformation Outcomes
- Ensure delivery of stable, scalable, and supportable solutions across GTB platforms in alignment with target architecture and standardized product models.
- Drive reduction in unnecessary customizations and promote reuse and standardization across geographies.
- Ensure readiness for cutover, stabilization, and transition to BAU without disruption post go live risk.
Operating Environment, Framework and Boundaries, Working Relationships
- Operates within enterprise wide technology governance, SDLC, change management, release, and deployment frameworks, ensuring full compliance with regulatory, audit, security, and architectural standards.
- Leads delivery in a complex, multi product, multi vendor environment, covering GTB platforms across Payments, Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Collections.
- Functions at a portfolio and program level, overseeing multiple delivery streams and managing inter dependencies between GTB systems, core banking, channels, and surrounding applications.
- Ensures execution discipline across delivery teams while balancing program timelines, resource capacity, risk, and business priorities.
Working Relationships
- Acts as the senior technology delivery interface for GTB Tech, Business, Operations, Core Banking program leadership, and enterprise Technology stakeholders.
- Provides direction and governance to Technology Delivery Managers and GTB delivery leads reporting into the role, ensuring consistent delivery standards and execution quality.
- Partners with senior business and operations stakeholders to align GTB technology delivery with business objectives and operating model expectations.
- Engages with vendor leadership and system integrators to govern delivery performance, manage dependencies, and ensure contractual and quality commitments are met.
- Represents GTB Technology in program working groups, governance forums, and senior management reviews, providing consolidated delivery status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
Boundaries
- Accountable for end to end GTB technology delivery through implementation and stabilization for assigned programs and initiatives.
- Has oversight responsibility for delivery execution across GTB domains; day to day implementation management is executed by reporting Technology Delivery Managers.
- Ownership of ongoing BAU operations and post stabilization support resides with designated Run / Support teams, as defined in the operating model.
