- Strong analytical capability with product data
- Exposure to lifecycle CRM or growth tooling (e.g., Braze, Branch)

What They Are Looking For
- Experience as a Growth Product Manager, Product Growth Lead or similar, minimum 6+ years.
- Strong track record of driving user growth across acquisition, activation, retention and monetisation.
- Hands on experience running experiments (A/B testing, funnel optimisation, cohort analysis).
- Strong analytical capability with product data.
- Exposure to lifecycle CRM or growth tooling (e.g. Braze, Branch or similar).
- Comfortable working in fast paced environments with ambiguity and ownership.
