- Own and optimize the end to end trading performance of the e commerce platform
- Drive online revenue growth and improve key commercial KPIs

- Monitor and enhance website performance, usability, and overall customer journey

Requirements
- 7 10 years of experience in E Commerce Trading Management or similar roles
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving conversion rates
- Strong experience with A/B testing and optimization programs
- Expertise in customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and CRO
- Experience analyzing and improving website performance and usability
- Strong understanding of e commerce merchandising and online trading principles

Role Overview
- A growing luxury consumer brand is seeking a commercially minded and data driven E Commerce Trading Manager to take ownership of online trading performance, customer journey optimisation, and revenue growth across its e commerce platform.
- This is a highly visible role reporting directly into senior leadership, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on digital growth, customer experience, and overall commercial performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Must have at least 7 10 years' experience within E Commerce Trading Management, Online Trading, Digital Commerce, E Commerce Performance, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving conversion rates.
- Strong experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and optimisation programmes.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer journey mapping, funnel analysis, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
- Experience analysing and improving website performance, usability, and customer experience.
- Strong understanding of e commerce merchandising, product performance, and online trading principles.
- Experience managing site administration, content updates, promotions, and trading operations.
- Highly analytical and data driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into commercial actions.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth, profitability, and customer engagement.
- Experience working within SME, scale up, or high growth environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross functionally across Product, Marketing, CRM, and Technology teams.
