Growth Operations Analyst

Manage pricing exceptions and partner with Sales on data-driven retention conversations.

Temporary pricing: Track temporary pricing arrangements across accounts, ensuring visibility and timely follow-up.

Special promotions: Manage special promotions extended to customers, ensuring terms are applied correctly and tracked to completion.

Pricing analysis & retention support: Analyze customer pricing and work with Sales on retention efforts, surfacing pricing levers that support at-risk or strategic accounts.

Keep Sales workflows and CRM data clean, accurate, and running smoothly.

Sales workflows: Manage and maintain Sales workflows within HubSpot, ensuring automations run as intended and process gaps are flagged and fixed.

CRM accuracy: Maintain clean records and ensure CRM deal accuracy, acting as a steward of data quality across the deal lifecycle.

For Washington-based candidates, in compliance with the Washington State Pay Transparency Law, the salary range for this role is $79,934 - $108,000. DAT considers factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education and training, core skills, internal equity, and market and business elements when extending an offer.
