Role Overview
The Growth and Marketing Manager will lead customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts across the UAE.
The role will build local brand presence, launch campaigns, identify market opportunities, and drive measurable B2B growth.
Core Responsibilities
- Develop targeted B2B lead generation strategies and optimize acquisition cost, conversion rates, and marketing ROI.
- Partner with Sales on Account-Based Marketing campaigns for strategic prospects and high-value accounts.
- Activate paid media campaigns with the central global marketing team.
- Scale UAE market presence through public relations, thought leadership, events, and brand partnerships.
- Create UAE-specific content including customer stories, market reports, white papers, and sales enablement materials.
- Build partnerships with industry associations, FinTech partners, and business organizations.
- Work with the Retention Lead on engagement, loyalty, and advocacy initiatives.
- Report campaign performance and take responsibility for increasing active UAE customers.
