- Build and optimize landing pages, CRO, and conversion funnels
- Drive inbound interest for enterprise, partners, and white label solutions
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI frameworks
- Implement advanced attribution and performance reporting
- Lead experimentation and growth testing roadmaps
- Align paid campaigns with PR, brand, and content initiatives
- Ensure strict compliance with financial marketing regulations
- Build scalable performance frameworks across regions and business lines
- Partner with sales and enterprise teams to improve funnel quality

The role
- As Growth Manager at D24 Fintech, you will architect and scale our paid acquisition and funnel performance strategy across corporate, enterprise, and product platforms.
- This is a senior performance role focused on building predictable, scalable demand pipelines, supporting awareness, inbound interest, white label sales, and enterprise growth, while maintaining strong ROI discipline and compliance standards.
