- 2–4 years in a growth, performance, or product marketing role (FinTech/app experience a plus)
- Proven track record of experiments that moved the needle
- Comfortable with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
- SQL or basic coding skills a bonus
- Bias for action — you test first, perfect later
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)

The Role

- Think viral loops, referral mechanics, product led growth experiments, and scrappy distribution hacks — all tied to real numbers.
