Role overview

Responsibilities

• Develop security programs that align business divisions with bank policies and the non-financial risk management framework.
• Manage threats, critical incidents, and enterprise-wide crisis events affecting employees, customers, executives, and operations.
• Identify operational and technology efficiencies while monitoring delivery against budgets.
• Apply predictive intelligence and security insights to improve operational effectiveness.
• Provide expert leadership for threat and vulnerability management.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and provide time-critical security advice across the enterprise.
• Manage policies, standards, procedures, physical security controls, electronic security, and emerging security technologies.

Must-have experience

• Risk management expertise covering threat and vulnerability assessments, risk assessments, audits, and protective security intelligence.
• Strong protective security knowledge and the ability to develop creative, cost-effective risk solutions.
