- Lead, coach, and maintain a sales team representing Teltonika Networks
- Create and implement a sales strategy for the dedicated region
- Analyze sales activities, support, and develop the team to ensure 100% sales plan realization
- Recruit the sales team and participate in the selection process
- Organize and conduct training for local sales teams
- Prospect and engage prospective buyers through cold calling, email, and social media
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Coordinate technical inquiries
Requirements
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years B2B sales experience with proven track record
- At least 1 year experience selling in Networks
- Willing to relocate to Saudi Arabia
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience launching a new product to market
- Interest or knowledge in IoT Industry

About the Role
- Teltonika's networking solutions business unit develops industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment.
- We invite an ambitious Group Sales Manager to join our growing team in the KSA.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks
- Create and implement a sales strategy for the dedicated region
- Analyze all sales activities, support, and develop the team to ensure 100% sales plan realization
- Recruit the sales team and participate in the selection process
- Organize and conduct training for local sales teams
- Prospect and engage prospective buyers through cold calling, email, and social media
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Coordinate technical inquiries
What we expect of you:
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)
- 3+ Years' experience in B2B sales with proven track record
- At least 1 year of experience selling in Networks
- Willing to move to Saudi when the opportunity arrives
- Organized and results oriented approach
- Ambition to generate strong earnings
- Critical thinking and strong desire for growth
- Ability to tackle challenges and orientation toward results
- Worked on a CRM system
- Experience in launching a new product to market
- Interest or knowledge of the IoT Industry
