Key responsibilities
- Deliver efficient, compliant P2P operations and resolve purchasing and invoice issues.
- Support Hub Managers in embedding consistent procurement processes across sites.
- Maintain strong governance, controls, supplier compliance and accurate procurement data.
- Analyse procurement data to identify risks, improve performance and drive efficiencies.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and support procurement systems and continuous improvement.
What we’re looking for
Experience in operational procurement, purchasing or P2P, ideally within a fast-paced, multi-site manufacturing environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into practical insight and improvement.
Confident stakeholder and supplier management skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
Strong understanding of P2P, ERP systems and procurement controls, with good Microsoft Office and reporting skills.
A proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with high attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
