- Prepare and review policy documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Communicate policy details to clients and address queries
- Coordinate with insurance companies to place policies and share cover confirmations
- Follow up on payments and share proof for policy activation
- Handle invoicing in ERP/CRM and send allocations to Accounts Team
Requirements
- Experience in medical insurance or underwriting
- Strong documentation and verification skills
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
