Responsibilities
- Identify training needs for role holders in the assigned division through engagement with business and field leaders.
- Create training calendars and ensure timely execution of training interventions.
- Engage sales team members and managers to understand challenges and exchange training information.
- Update training modules with Product Management and Medical Affairs teams.
- Deliver classroom and virtual training for new hires on products, processes, and company information.
- Evaluate participants and support ongoing development through follow-up with participants and managers.
- Analyze learning needs and determine actions with team leaders.
- Ensure process adherence, departmental compliance, and timely administration.
Qualifications
- Science graduate.
- MBA is desirable.
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a training manager.
- In-depth understanding of medical and therapy areas and pharmaceutical selling scenarios.
- Understanding of how medical representatives and area sales managers work.
- Effective communication, presentation, training, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
