Technical skills
- Advanced analytical and data literacy, with the ability to interrogate, interpret and synthesise complex quantitative and qualitative information.
- Strong understanding of performance reporting, KPI design, dashboarding, data governance and data quality principles.
- Ability to translate complex data and analysis into clear, concise and actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of marketing and commercial performance drivers, including the customer journey, enrolment, pricing, positioning and growth.
- Strong market research capability, including demand, competitor and customer analysis.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional languages advantageous.
