Role overview
Support financial planning, reporting, profitability analysis, cost control, and working capital monitoring across the organization.
Provide analysis, recommendations, and stakeholder support while contributing to financial projects and business improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare budgets and forecasts, monitor performance against targets, and support budget adherence.
- Analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, identify trends and issues, and prepare management reports.
- Review costs, profitability, capital expenditure, accounts receivable, and accounts payable information.
- Produce consolidated financial reports, perform financial close activities, and maintain reporting data integrity.
- Analyze variances and root causes, coordinate reporting issue resolution, and support profitability improvements.
- Contribute to financial, tax, performance management, feasibility, investment appraisal, IT infrastructure, and supply chain projects.
Qualifications and experience
- Professional accounting qualification such as CA, ACA, ACCA, or CPA is mandatory.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, and compliance within complex organizational structures.
- Non-qualified accountants require a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
