About the Role
Kanz is seeking a Group Finance & Accounting Manager to lead group-wide finance and accounting operations, establish governance, and manage compliance, reporting, budgeting, and investment support across global holdings.

- Build and run scalable group finance/accounting systems and policies
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, effective controls, full statutory compliance
- Optimize cash flow through rigorous budgeting and forecasting across all holdings
- Manage finance governance and controls
- Oversee group accounting systems and reporting
- Prepare financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Perform month end reconciliations
- Conduct budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Review payroll and controls
- Handle tax structuring and compliance
- Coordinate audits and statutory returns
- Communicate with executive stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in financial reporting (monthly/quarterly/annual)
- Experience in budgeting and cash flow forecasting
- Experience in month end reconciliations
- Experience in payroll review and controls
- Experience in tax structuring and compliance
- Experience in audit coordination and statutory returns
- Proficiency in accounting software and reporting tools
- Intermediate Excel skills
