- Prepare and update project cost reports, cost to complete, and estimate at completion forecasts using RIB Candy
- Monitor project expenditures against approved budgets and identify cost variances
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions
- Review and validate subcontractor and supplier invoices
- Maintain Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
- Track variation orders, claims, and provisional sums
- Support monthly project cost reviews and management reporting
- Reconcile project costs with finance and accounting records
- Assist in budget preparation and cash flow forecasting
- Coordinate with project managers, planning, procurement, and site teams
Requirements
- Experience in cost control within construction or project based environments
- Proficiency in RIB Candy or similar cost management software
- Strong analytical and variance analysis skills
- Knowledge of cost breakdown structures and work breakdown structures
- Ability to coordinate with project managers, planning, procurement, and site teams

Job Overview
