Hours vary based on class schedule needs. Typical class times include: Morning: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM Evening: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Regular substitute opportunities available
Provide class routines and music in accordance with ACE, AFAA, applicable class-certifying bodies, and Y guidelines.
Lead energizing, fun, and safe group exercise classes.
Serve as a committed member of the instructor team, with a willingness to substitute and participate in special class events.
Maintain all required certifications
Group Exercise or Personal Trainer certification: AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NASM, SCW, YMCA or another accredited certification.
CPR, AED, First Aid, Child Abuse Prevention, Bloodborne Pathogens, and Hazard Communication certifications must be obtained within the first 90 days.
Previous experience is preferred; demonstrated ability to lead group fitness classes is required.
Willingness to attend meetings and trainings and obtain additional certifications as requested.
Wages start at $15–$20 per hour, based on experience, education, and certifications.
