Climbing Wall Instructor - Part-time at Glacial Community YMCA — Oconomowoc, USA | Base Career

Lead and supervise climbing wall programs and activities.
Ensure the safety of participants through proper use of equipment and adherence to established procedures.
Provide instruction, encouragement, and support to climbers of varying skill levels.
Monitor climbing areas and maintain a safe environment for participants and spectators.
Assist with equipment inspections, setup, and general maintenance of the climbing area.
Attend required trainings, meetings, and certifications as assigned.
Monday-Thursday: 3:30pm-7:15pm
Saturdays: 9:00am-1:15pm
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Indoor climbing experience, preferred.
Willingness to attend meetings, training, and obtain additional certification as requested.
