Role Overview
An international artisanal pastry and café brand is recruiting a Group Executive Chef.
The role leads operational excellence for an expanding portfolio in Riyadh and across the Kingdom.
The position reports to the Group Brand Executive Chef.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee central kitchens, multiple café retail outlets, events, and high-end catering offerings.
- Manage daily culinary operations and ensure quality meets brand standards.
- Manage financials, budgeting, and costing, including CAPEX and OPEX.
- Maintain kitchen health and safety.
- Lead staff leadership, training, and development.
Requirements
- Arabic speaker required.
- GCC experience is essential.
- Experience in five-star hotels or premium catering establishments is required; industrial catering is excluded.
- Strong experience in weddings, royal functions, luxury events, and high-end catering is required.
- Expertise in European and Middle Eastern cuisines is required.
Compensation
- Salary is up to SAR 35,000 depending on experience.
- The package includes family status, visas, medical insurance, and annual flights.
