Operational role within the Group Digital Technology team supporting regulatory, quality, and compliance applications.
The Group Analyst acts as an application specialist for enterprise regulatory and quality platforms.
Core responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and support eQMS, RIMS, Document Control, Audit and Compliance, and related regulatory and quality tools.
- Maintain systems in a validated and secure state aligned with global regulatory standards.
- Support reliable system access, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training.
- Maintain system documentation and coordinate changes with IT teams, vendors, and auditors.
- Support data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across the application environment.
Role requirements
- Knowledge of regulatory and quality application operations.
- Working knowledge of GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, ISO 9001, and ISO 13485 standards.
- Ability to support validated systems, data integrity, documentation, and compliance activities.
