Role Overview
Jabal Al Lebnan Butchery & Grill is seeking a skilled and motivated Grill Cook for its restaurant team in Dubai.
The role involves grilling food in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meat, chicken, and other grilled items.
- Follow recipes, portion sizes, and cooking standards.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Keep the grill station clean, organized, and ready for service.
- Work closely with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Grill Cook is required.
- Have practical knowledge of grilling and meat preparation.
- Understand cooking temperatures and timing.
- Have knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Be able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Demonstrate reliability, a positive attitude, and good teamwork.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
