Role Overview
Jabal Lebnan Butchery & Grill is a Lebanese restaurant specializing in traditional Lebanese cuisine, shawarma, and grilled meats.
The employer is seeking an experienced All-Round Cook who can work across shawarma, grill, and general kitchen preparation.

Cooking and Preparation
- Prepare and cook shawarma and grilled items.
- Prepare Lebanese and Middle Eastern dishes according to recipes.
- Assist with meat preparation, marination, and portioning.
- Prepare sauces, marinades, and other ingredients.
Kitchen Operations
- Work across shawarma, grill, and general kitchen stations.
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Keep kitchen stations clean and organised.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
Requirements
