About the Role

- Design high quality social media creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Create brochures, flyers, roll ups, banners, company profiles, presentations, and other marketing collateral
- Design property listing advertisements, project launch materials, and promotional campaigns
- Edit and enhance property images to ensure premium visual quality
- Develop digital advertisements for Meta, Google, and other online marketing channels
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and corporate materials
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Management teams to execute campaigns
- Create infographics, icons, and visual assets for presentations and reports
- Prepare artwork for both digital publishing and print production
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and social media best practices
- Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience (real estate experience preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience designing for both digital and print media
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
- Excellent creativity with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Portfolio showcasing creative design work is mandatory

Job Summary
