- Design creative marketing materials for print and digital platforms
- Develop packaging designs, labels, brochures, posters, banners, POSM materials, and social media creatives
- Create brand identity assets aligned with tobacco & cigarette market trends
- Use design tools to enhance productivity, creativity, and content generation
- Collaborate with commercial and production teams to convert ideas to product design and technical drawings
- Edit and enhance images, videos, and promotional content
- Ensure all creatives meet brand guidelines and quality standards
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI innovations, and FMCG branding strategies
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production teams for final artwork execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field
- 5–10 years of experience in Graphic Designing
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, CorelDRAW, Canva, Figma
- Experience with AI design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL E
- Strong typography, color theory, and layout skills
- Knowledge of print production and packaging standards
- Prior experience in Tobacco & Cigarette industry preferred

Role Purpose
- The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing high quality visual concepts, packaging creatives, promotional materials, digital campaigns, and branding assets for tobacco & cigarette products.
- The ideal candidate should possess strong design aesthetics, knowledge of modern design tools, and experience working in a fast paced FMCG (Tobacco/Cigarette) environment.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Work with printing companies.
- Prior experience in Tobacco & Cigarette industry preferred.
- Experience in packaging and brand design will be an added advantage.
