- Design visually appealing and on brand social media posts, including static graphics, animations, and short videos
- Create innovative and functional packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and appeal to target audiences
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns for product launches, promotions, and seasonal events
- Ensure all designs are optimized for various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and packaging formats (boxes, labels, etc.)
- Stay up to date with design trends, social media best practices, and packaging innovations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
- Work closely with printers and vendors to ensure packaging designs are production ready and meet technical specifications
- Revise and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media and packaging design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools (e.g., Canva, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, and layout design
- Knowledge of social media platforms, their design requirements, and best practices
- Familiarity with packaging design processes, materials, and printing techniques
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast paced environment
- A creative mindset with a passion for delivering high quality, innovative designs
- Must be able to multi task within a fast paced working environment
- 3 5 years of experience in graphic design with an emphasis on packaging design (preferred)
- Understanding of sustainability in packaging design (preferred)
