- Proven track record in B2B international sales and distributor management
- In depth knowledge of the perfumes industry, including products, market dynamics, and key players
- Strong business acumen and a track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share in international markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, including market analysis, sales forecasting, and budgeting
- Familiarity with export regulations, trade policies, and customs procedures
